How does the pre order work?
The Pre Order process allows you to gain exclusive initial discounts and free cycling socks with any order as a thank you for supporting COXX's first launch.
When placing the order, the product description will let you know the specific lead time for that product.
Once it arrives to us, it will be shipped to you. We will keep you informed with any updates and tracking information as soon as we have it.
What are the preorder promotional discounts?
For any pre order placed, you will receive £15 off each item with an additional £10 off any order when 2+items are purchased.
You will also receive a free pair of cycling socks with any order alongside free shipping.
When do the pre order discounts finish?
The Pre Order offers are available from Friday 6th March till Sunday 8th March only.
On Monday 9th March, our bulk order quantities have to be finalised and ordered with our manufacturer and this cannot be amended once processed so the pro order allows you are to secure any item at a discounted price ready for when it arrives.
When will I get my order?
Some items are due to arrive mid April, some early May and the Trisuits are due to arrive mid May. Any Pre Order will be processed as a priority once the products arrive and tracking information and updates will be provided.
Are returns affected?
No, your 14 day window for returns will start from when the product is received so the pre order process will not affect the ability to return any item.
All listings have a complete size guide so you can check measurements of the size you order before proceeding to allow the correct fit to arrive.
Where can I find the size guides?
All size guides for the products can be found within the individual item listings. This will show all dimensions for sizes Small through to 3XL.
