What is the sizing like?
We have been back and forth during the sampling stage to get the sizing as true to size as possible.
All size guides including all measurements can be found in the individual items descriptions for you to double check.
What is your returns / exchange procedure?
If you want to return or exchange an item. Email hello@coxx.cc and this can be arranged for you, we can sort the label and send you the QR code for your most suitable drop off location.
Returns and Exchanges are available up to 14 days after you receive the item.
When will I get my order?
Any order placed before 5pm is shipped the same day and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so should be received within 2 working days.
My size is out of stock, when will it restock?
Due to the long lead times with manufacturing. Some items will not be restocked this summer. If you want to double check any specific item and size you can email hello@coxx.cc to enquire.
